Holborn Union Infirmary

We are working with Peabody on the development of a 3.5 acre site at Archway. The proposals include the refurbishment of a number of Victorian hospital buildings previously occupied by the NHS as part of the Whittington Hospital, and more recently by UCL and Middlesex University. The scheme includes a number of new buildings which will provide up to 350 new homes as well as community facilities. The site sits to the north of Archway town centre and the gyratory. Our proposals seek to improve the connections between the site and the surrounding areas. The proposals will include a significant amount of landscaped, open space designed by Farrer Huxley. Much of this will be accessible to the public and will allow a greater appreciation of the site's heritage by giving more people access to the site.
