We are creating 64 homes and an office space 0.2 miles to the northeast of Borough tube station at 25-29 Harper Road. We will be re-developing a warehouse and depot building and the former County Court creating a communal roof garden for residents and a mix of homes including ground floor maisonettes with gardens, flats with private balconies, penthouse flats and duplexes with roof gardens for both private and affordable use which all exceed London Plan minimum standard. The long terraced streets that were created on Swan Street and Harper Road in the 1820s and which were destroyed during Word War II have influenced our designs. We worked with Richard Coleman, a heritage consultant to ensure that our proposals sit well next to the adjacent Trinity Church Square Conservation Area.
