We design homes which are more than just a product or a residential unit, but based on the needs of the people who are going to inhabit them. Our housing projects have a strong sense of place with mixed and diverse communities at their hearts. Purely physical responses to placemaking do not create thriving neighbourhoods. Homes should be able to accommodate individual preferences both at the time of people moving into their home and over their lifespan.
