Dora joined Haworth Tompkins in 2023 as Human Resources Manager and is responsible for multiple HR areas, including talent management, training and development, wellbeing as well as contributing to continuous employee motivation and personal and professional development. Prior to joining the practice, Dora worked in a variety of roles across the built and creative industries, and brings expertise that includes implementing welfare initiatives, promoting a culture of open communication, advising on best HR practice and supporting the practice's people strategy. She holds an MA in Music and a CIPD Associate Level qualification; in addition, she is a certified Mental Health First Aider and volunteers via the CIPD Trust coaching young jobseekers.
