Mohieldin joined Haworth Tompkins in 2024 for a second time after a stint abroad. He has been actively involved in a number of large housing and mixed-use projects in the studio. Prior to joining the practice, he worked on award-winning commercial and residential projects at Hawkins\Brown Architects. Whilst abroad, he taught in the studio at the University of Khartoum’s Faculty of Architecture and helped establish a local chapter of Docomomo, researching modern built heritage. Mohieldin also writes regularly in the architectural press.
